邁向50-KM典範文件!

In the era of information explosion, Knowledge Management (KM) has become a critical factor for enhancing a company’s competitiveness. The ability to effectively manage and utilize knowledge directly impacts a team's innovation capacity and overall efficiency. To better understand and apply cutting-edge methods in this field, the KM Promotion Team held the "2024 KM Model Document Presentation Part 1" on July 18, 2024.
The event aimed to share the latest model KM documents and conduct a comprehensive evaluation and in-depth discussion of their content. It not only facilitated the exchange of knowledge management practices but also improved the quality and practicality of the documents through evaluations, providing effective guidance for future KM efforts. Colleagues from both the Refinement Division and Specialization Division gathered to share best practices and innovative ideas, offering a valuable learning and exchange opportunity.
Compared to previous events, participants in this presentation were more familiar with the processes, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that fostered free and in-depth discussions. The presenters of the model documents were well-prepared in terms of content, and each document's presentation and discussion were highly insightful, reflecting the importance placed on knowledge management and professional competence. This enhanced the quality of the event and provided valuable experience and inspiration for future KM practices.
