Towards 50 - 2024 HOPAX Consensus Camp!
The company's strategic focus is on biological buffers, targeting high-end applications in the supply chain and positioning itself with Fortune 500 clients. However, driving organizational change requires more than just clear strategic goals; it also necessitates a comprehensive consideration of corporate culture, organizational synergy, and talent management leadership in order to develop a feasible change plan and ensure smooth implementation of the transformation.
From June 5th to June 6th, the company organized a two-day, one-night team-building experience, attended by 30 senior managers at the director level and above in the chemical division. The goal was to align perspectives and build momentum for the changes needed from all employees in the next phase. We invited Mr. Binh-Hwang Liao from International Team Development Co., Ltd. to serve as the facilitator for the event. Over the two days, more than 10 different activities were conducted, designed to be both engaging and impactful on a personal level. These exercises highlighted the rigid issues and behavioral responses that teams may encounter during organizational transformation.
