These channels allow stakeholders to lodge complaints, appeals, or provide relevant suggestions.
In accordance with the Occupational Safety and Health Act and its implementing regulations, the Sexual Harassment Prevention Act, and the Personal Information Protection Act, the personal information of whistleblowers and other identity-confirming information are kept confidential. Unless necessary for investigation purposes, such information is not provided to third parties unrelated to the investigation to prevent unfair and adverse treatment. Whistleblowers may also seek necessary preventative measures under the law to prevent potential harm.
