Delivering Love to Pingtung Christian Bethany Home in 2023

In 2022, facing the dual challenges of the pandemic and inflation, many families encountered economic difficulties. The reduction of resources made the situation even more challenging for social welfare groups and vulnerable populations. For those already living tight lives, the thought of enjoying a hearty meal during the holidays seemed like an unattainable luxury.

HOPAX, a company committed to social welfare and environmental protection, actively utilizes its corporate resources for various charitable endeavors. In addition to their ongoing support for local disadvantaged groups, the annual "Bethany Home Lunar New Year Table Recognition Event" was not absent this year. With the company's call to action, whether through table recognition or small donations, colleagues enthusiastically supported and responded. Within a short week, funds for 50 Lunar New Year tables were raised, showcasing the love and compassion of the team—truly touching!

This year, in the beautiful east coast, in collaboration with the Remote Medical Center of the Luodong Madonna Hospital, warmth was sent to over 10 tribes in Hualien. Children in local tribal communities and elderly individuals in low-income families were delighted to receive mooncakes, celebrating a joyful Mid-Autumn Festival with their families. The HOPAX Cultural Foundation also purchased Mid-Autumn gift boxes produced by Bethany Home in Pingtung and the Down Syndrome Foundation, totaling 210 boxes. This not only brought love to remote areas in the eastern part of the country but also simultaneously supported the care of children with paralysis and disabilities at Bethany Home and patients with Down syndrome at the Down Syndrome Foundation.
